Install Code_Saturne version 2.0.0-beta2 on Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit Karmic

Installation with data from http://research.edf.com/research-and-the-scientific-community/softwares/code-saturne/download-80059.html fails on Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit Karmic.
I decided to fix some errors and send them to Edf. I share these efforts in this article and archive .

Download binaries for Debian Etch 4.0 64bit from http://www.salome-platform.org/downloads/salome-v5.1.3
Extract InstallWizard_5.1.3_Debian_4.0_64bit.tar.gz
Open a gnome-terminal and execute Python script
$ ./runInstall
